The drive device (motor + reducer) outputs power to the drive sprocket, and generates friction through the meshing of the sprocket teeth and the traction chain, pushing the chain to run along the track.
In the accumulation-type equipment, the pusher engages/disengages the lifting claws of the trolley and controls the conveying state, realizing the automatic start-stop and accumulation-storage functions.
Tension Control.
Spring-type or pneumatic tensioning device is used to maintain the chain tension at around 0.4MPa to prevent derailment or wear caused by slack.
Space adaptability.
The chain runs on a 16Mn material track through a ball bearing wheel, supporting ups and downs (maximum inclination angle up to 30°) and horizontal turns (minimum radius 1.5m), adapting to three-dimensional spatial layout.
Key Structural Components
Training Chain: Use die-forged chains or double-hinged chains, with a single-point lifting weight covering 8-500kg, and withstands an environment of -20℃ to 200℃.
Drive device: includes two types: angle drive (90° steering) and track drive (linear segment), equipped with a safety pin overload protection mechanism.
Rail system: I-steel or closed guide rails form a closed loop circuit, and an integrated reverse rail device prevents the carriage from being offset.
