Processing of Timing Pulley
The Timing Pulley consists of a pulley and a closed annular tape with teeth on the surface. When moving, the toothed belt and the tooth groove of the synchronous pulley will mesh and work together. This kind of mutual meshing is very common in life. Through such continuous meshing, the pulley generates development power. At present, the application of synchronous pulley is very extensive and is needed in many fields. So what is the processing process of synchronous pulley?
Timming pulley processing is to complete the corresponding processing work according to the drawings.
1. According to the requirements of the drawing, first roughly process the appearance of the tire belt, focusing on its thickness, large outer holes and inner holes.
2. Research, cut and program the cogging effect according to the model of the cogging required for cogging, so as to shape the cogging technology.
3. For the inner hole groove, use a grooving machine or wire cutting machine to complete the processing of the inner hole groove.
4. If the Timing pulley you are working on has a rim, just weld the rim on the last step to complete the entire process.
