Pulley calculation formula
The calculation formula for pulley speed is: driven wheel diameter = pulley diameter × (pulley wheel speed/driven wheel speed).Assuming that the motor pulley, that is, the diameter of the driving wheel is D1 and the speed of the driving wheel is N1, the diameter of the driven wheel is D2 and the speed of the driving wheel is N2, according to the principle of mechanical transmission, the calculation formula for the pulley speed is D2/D1=N1/N2=I. In other words, the driven wheel diameter = pulley diameter × (pulley wheel speed/driven wheel speed).
Assuming that the motor speed is 1440 revolutions per minute, the diameter of the motor pulley is 200, and the speed of the driven wheel is 760 revolutions per minute, and the diameter of the driven wheel is 200× (1440/760), which is approximately equal to 378.9.
Generally speaking, the diameter is inversely proportional to the rotation speed, that is, if the diameter is large, the rotation speed is small, and if the diameter is small, the rotation speed is large.
