Instructions for use of bushing
The bushing is mainly divided into TB bushing QD Bushing.
The holes at the matching of the bushing and the pulley are half-sided, and the two light holes on the cone sleeve and the two threaded holes on the pulley form a complete hole, and a threaded hole on the bushing and a light hole on the pulley form a complete hole. During assembly, the two screws are placed in the two threaded holes of the pulley.
As the screws are constantly tightened in the threaded holes on the pulley, the thread acts to push the screw to the small end of the tapered hole on the pulley, and the two light holes on the tapered sleeve are not completely processed. In this way, when the head of the screw is against the bottom of the light hole, the force is transmitted to the cone sleeve, and the cone sleeve moves relative to the pulley to the small end of the tapered hole of the pulley. At this time, due to the taper, the cone sleeve constantly tightens the shaft, and the shaft reacts on the cone sleeve and then acts on the pulley.
In this way, the pulley, cone sleeve and shaft are tightly assembled together.
