Teach you how to replace the escalator step chain and sprocket

The step sprocket bai cannot be replaced individually, the entire chain needs to be replaced by du, and because the left and right chain dao need to be equipped with a pair of zhuan, so if you replace it, you need to replace the chains on the left and right sides together.

Replacement steps:

1. Determine the number of stepped sprockets to be replaced. It is best to calculate according to the entire chain (the definition of the entire chain is that the connection between the chain and the chain is connected by the shaft with a retaining ring, rather than riveted).

2. Remove the inner and outer cover plates and apron plates of the left and right straight sections at the lower end, the length is about 6 meters.

3. Remove the steps on the chain to be replaced.

4. Run the part of the chain that needs to be replaced to the position where the inner and outer cover plates and apron plates are removed.

5. The lower end of the loose step chain is tightened.

6. Use special components (or iron wires) to fix the chains that do not need to be removed.

7. Remove and replace the step chain.

8. After the replacement is completed, the tightening step chain is tightened.

9. Install the steps and adjust them.

10. Install other removed parts.

11. Test run.
